Course Objectives:
- Provide an understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their main applications in medicine
- Provide an overview of the risks, regulatory issues and ethical considerations associated with the use of artificial intelligence
- Provide the knowledge needed to interpret the scientific literature on artificial intelligence correctly, and to identify and assess its potential limitations and practical implications.
The course is intended for participants whose educational background is not primarily in mathematics or engineering.
